My computer is a little sick at the moment, windows enterprise defender virus completely locked me out of my computer normal and safemode! So thats why I havent been around much or uploading. Still in the process of cleaning it and its taking a long time, so I've decided I have to completed format and start from scratch.
Its lucky I working in IT and can retreive all my files (I back up to, but not everyday!)

Well I've been away from DA for about 2weeks, note responding to fav's or watches. Not doing it because I'm rude (even through I really can be!!!) Was on a weeks holiday from work (didn’t go anywhere, except Glendalough) Then got back to work and started to died, tired like I've never been before sniffles a little bit of a cough and temp but it was the unbelievable tiredness that killed be. No you’re right, your not reading a zombies journal, I'm getting back on form again. The Cold/Flu thing is come and gone and I'm back to being well again, My leg/calf/foot is back working again after spending soon to be 600+ euros on doctor's and Physiotherapy. What was the problem well plantar fasciitis [link] and linked to that was an extremely tense calf muscle where most of the problem was coming from. This has been going on for years, and I final found out that I COULD still touch my toes, it was the calf muscle all along!!! If anything remember this if you have muscle pain that comes and goes and is worse each time go to Physiotherapy!!!!
